Registration and Listing: Hosts are responsible for creating and managing listings for their properties, ensuring that the information is accurate, truthful, and complete.
Property Conditions: Hosts must ensure that properties are in suitable conditions for rental, complying with all local safety, hygiene, and accessibility regulations.
Pricing and Availability: Hosts are responsible for setting the prices for their accommodations and ensuring that the availability shown on the Platform is accurate.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Bookings: Guests are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the booking process.
Behavior: Guests agree to behave respectfully toward hosts and their properties, adhering to any rules and regulations set by the hosts.
Payment: Guests must pay for their bookings using the payment methods available on the Platform. Payment must be completed before the stay begins.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Payment Methods: Payments made through the Platform must be made using the available and accepted payment methods.
Cancellation Policy: Each property may have its own cancellation policy. Guests should review the specific policies of each property before making a booking.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Platform, including texts, images, logos, graphics, software, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by ArabicBnb SRL or the respective owners. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit consent.

8. Platform Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities, including using stolen credit cards.
