If you wish to cancel your reservation and request a refund before your arrival, follow these steps:

Select the relevant reservation.
Click on "Request Refund" and follow the instructions.
Eligibility for a refund will depend on the accommodation's cancellation policy.
Once processed, the refund cannot be reversed.
