  3. Request a refund: Specify the reason for your request and provide evidence, such as photos or videos.

  4. Review and resolution: Our team will review your case and inform you of the decision within 48 hours.

Refunds Before Arrival

If you wish to cancel your reservation and request a refund before your arrival, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Reservations" section.

  2. Select the relevant reservation.

  3. Click on "Request Refund" and follow the instructions.
